OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products and software usually ship full version and cannot be upgraded. An OEM product never has a transferable license for more than one computer, and the manufacturer does not provide technical support for that product.
Retail software is the same as what you’ll find at your local computer store. They come in a retail box, with CDs, manual, paper license agreement and activation key; they are packaged for retail sale. A retail product is licensed for use on a single computer, such as OEM software.
An electronic version of your software, called a digital download, allows you to access updated software, download it, and use it immediately. This means that your purchase does not come with a physical CD or DVD disc. You download the software installer from cloud storage.

Undoubtedly, Windows Vista can be upgraded to a newer version of Microsoft Windows. But first you need to choose “clean” or “parallel” installation and then choose the custom installation process. For installation details, please refer to your system’s hardware specifications.

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for delivery.
